A Statement of Limited Warranty
Fisher-Price® Power Wheels® branded products are covered by the "Limited Warranty" set forth
below:

• POWER WHEELS® RIDE-ON TOY VEHICLE ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FROM DATE OF PURCHASE ON POWER WHEELS® VEHICLE 
• SIX-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY FROM DATE OF PURCHASE ON 6-VOLT AND 12-VOLT BATTERY 

For the original purchaser, this one-year limited warranty covers the Power Wheels® ride-on vehicle, excluding the battery, (purchased from Fisher-Price, Inc./Mattel Direct Import, Inc.) against defects in materials and workmanship. The six-month limited warranty applies only to the 6-volt/12-volt battery included by Power Wheels® with the original purchase of the
vehicle.

This warranty covers normal use and does not cover the Power Wheels® vehicle or Power Wheels® battery if it has been damaged by unreasonable use, neglect, accident, abuse, misuse, improper service or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or
workmanship. Evidence of any attempt at consumer repair will void this warranty.

• THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER, AND IS INTENDED TO EXCLUDE, ANY LIABILITY ON THE PART OF FISHER-PRICE, WHETHER UNDER THIS WARRANTY OR IMPLIED BY LAW, FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY.
• SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
